"Unless you Absolutely HAVE to go there for the location, stay away from the Clanton campus! They do not have experienced staff. I was seen by a very young Nurse Practitioner. On Christmas eve, while waiting in the ER for 5 hours to be seen 2 people came back in saying I was here a couple of days ago, 1 still experiencing chest pains. I refused to go back, instead I went to Shelby 24 hours later because I couldn't take the pain any longer. Came to find out that I was given the wrong antibiotic for my issue at St. Vincents Clanton. There is no excuse to have gone through the pain that I experienced the following day. May God be with anyone that HAS to go to the closest facility near them."

"I went in for a chronic sinus infection, because I didn't have time during the week to make a doctor's appointment and urgent care is closed after 4pm on weekdays I had to go to the er. It was worth! The nurses and doctor Miranda were very nice. I had received an X-ray and treatment in under 2hours! I'm new to the area and I'm from Birmingham. I'm thankful this location is here! I hope you all stay open for the years to come. It's great for the Community!"

"As of now my star rating is a one based on getting help with financial assistance. I was told an ultrasound sound would cost $100. I asked about financial care. No one was any help. Got the information myself off their website. Called the number to get an application. It took about 2 weeks to come. I filled it out. I called to ask if it was received. The man who answered told me he didn't know. He only dealt with past bills. Talked to another person they didn't know. Told me Noone at radiology would probably know either. I emailed financial care twice. No one ever emailed back. I ended up just saving the $100 to pay up front since I'm unable to get help. No one has mailed me anything about the financial assistance or called to let me know if I was approved. Edit: after begging for help with financial assistance and now receiving a bill and still not being able to get a hold of anyone. I would rate this office 0 stars. I will NEVER RETURN HERE."

"I had to have a biopsy of my thyroid and Dr Boohaker is AMAZING the procedure was not fun but he was so calming & reassuring the whole time and explained everything so well, VERY patient with me. I hope I never have to have another biopsy but if I did I would want him and this staff again. The nurses were also super compassionate and sweet ❤️"
