"Been here several times before, so YES I know they don't take appointments and only have 2 nail techs. The first time was late April that time went great, got a full set, a pedi, and eyebrow wax. The second time (Not paying any mind to what weekend it was) was Mother's Day weekend waited around 4 hours to get filled, and the color changed on my toes (longer than the first time), third time same services, and my name was skipped over for the color change, I overlooked it, fast forward to the morning of this review. Same services as above get there @ 0900, sign in down to just one lady before me (or so I thought) ONE HOUR LATER the guy calls one lady that came in with her group of 4) then the same guy calls back two girls from the same group, I spoke up and told him I and another woman was before them. He asked what did I need? I tell him to fill, and color change, and he states they will do nails first then color change. I don't have the "Free time" to waste an entire morning/afternoon on nails!! Why not do a color change while I wait for nail techs? After this, I got on my phone, and looked up another close by nail salon (one that has a wider variety of colors, and designs) made an appointment!!!"

"Paula does an excellent job on my nails. She always makes them look so pretty! Trudy hasn't done my nails but I've seen her work on others and she does excellent as well. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service."
