"Have been here twice now as of Jan 4 2024. Finding it to be nice friendly service. Check in on iPad. Wait time can very. They offer multiple different services from nails, waxing and peds. When I said I wanted short and little white tips, the tech said ok and gave me what I wanted on today's visited. He did one nail and saw I didn't like it. He fix it immediately."

"Horrible customer service today. I came in Sunday night (December 24th) and got my legs waxed and my nails done (hard gel) # 9 booth. The lady (with the long brown hair) did my leg wax that day. She was very nice and sweet to me. We talked during the service and I told her I also wanted to get my nails filled end while I was there. We talked about the holiday and I told her that I was surprised that they were open on the holidays (but grateful they were able to helped me) and she said that they were also open on Christmas Day as well. I sat in the massage chair, which was very relaxing while I waited for my nail tech to be ready for me. The nail tech was amazing, sweet, very nice and hospitable. I hadn’t been to Evans in a long time, so this was a joy service. So, I came back today, December 29th to get a broken nail fixed, the same lady (with the long brown hair) was so rude and mean today. Big difference from Sunday when I spent over $100 on services at the shop. I was trying to get her assistance picking out a nail color that matched what the nail tech did on Sunday and she got mad and rude at me about it. I am so sad and disappointed in the service today. When it comes down to it I believe she needs to take a vacation and time for herself, I believe this will help her to not be rude and nasty to people for no reason who were just in there a few days ago. She turned me over to a man to fix the one nail. He rushed and fixed the nail and now it is sticky and not to the high quality as my nail tech from Sunday. I told both of them I had hard gel on my nail and they both ignored that fact. Now the one nail is not even fully dry or done all the way like the others. They all need to take a vacation and come back ready to work."

"Their prices are different every time I go in there. They send the messages for cash discounts but don’t offer it. They also always add the $5 card fee to any purchase even when I pay cash. They charged an EXTRA $40-$45 more than normal. The lady stated it was due to me getting almond shape, a black round tip and designs. It’s never costed me that much, $100. Nor have I ever been informed of being charged for a shape. I’ve always gotten almond shape. I would recommend providing itemized receipts for the services that were rendered."
