"So disappointed in the lack of maintenance. I have the premier package and not getting what I paid for. The jets are not getting my vehicle clean, the blowers are not blowing the water off, the side rotating chamois are not working on either side and the pre wash sprayer doesn’t have enough pressure. Because of customer complaints they have a high employee turnover because customers are blaming employees when the company does not authorize repairs"

"Love the unlimited monthly washes. The vacuums work but they don't have the air to blow out the excess water in the edges of the trim and mirrors. Good prices and the wash is good."

"Very friendly staff. .y car battery died while using the vacuums. And my car wouldn't start. They came out and jumped my car and help guide me to a good place to buy a new battery. And I bought a battery today where they told me to go. Thank you guys."

"You need to slow down your wash. It hardly has time to clean the vehicle properly. I have a 2015 Buick Encore. It hardly ever cleans the back of it or the back windows on the hatch. I’ve watched it going through it hardly has any time at all to clean those areas. I’ve been a customer ever since you’ve opened. But it has gotten a lot worse lately. I end up at home cleaning it again. The buffers at the end just end up smearing the windshield and the tire buffets leave a hugh black mess on the rims that has to be cleaned off. It honestly is just not a good car wash anymore. I’m dropping my monthly membership and I’m pretty certain there will be other people doing this also. It’s nothing like when your first opened."

"Beware! West side Evansville! They will scratch your vehicle then deny claim after taking a month of repeated calling. My $50k Toyota Tacoma with 3 thousand miles that I bought new in July has scratches all along the right side: hood, front fender, both doors and rear fender. Body shop I took to for estimate of repair said they hear that Finish Line denies all claims. I was a monthly subscriber for 4 years. Only recourse is now to file claim with my insurance and let them handle it, or small claims court."
