"Initially, Dr. Rowland and her staff were kind and the dental work was fine. The problem started when I questioned their billing. I had extensive dental work done and they provided me with an invoice including what my insurance would pay. After the work was completed and I had paid my portion, they called me back and said I owed more money. After contacting my insurance company they sent me a breakdown of the charges Dr. Rowlands office sent them. What was given to me and what my insurance company received were completely different. After multiple attempts to try and resolve the problem I was turned away. All I wanted to do was sit down with someone and go over the insurance billing and what I was given. I never refused to pay I just ask for a meeting to try and understand what happened. At that point their attitudes changed and they were rude. I had already paid them thousands of dollars so I thought they would explain to me what happened with the billing. After spending hours of trying to get this straightened out I just paid the additional $900. Dr. Rowland was not even willing to meet with me. It was extremely frustrating. In the end they will lose way more then $900 since I or my family will no longer be patients. Again, all I ask was for someone to sit down and go over both forms with me."

"I would definitely recommend Dr. Rowland and her staff. Brittany was very helpful and was able to schedule my appointment right away. I was sent a link via text to enter my patient information ahead of time. Which was very convenient. I was welcomed and checked in as soon as I walked in the door. Jacey is so sweet and did a great job on my cleaning and introduced me to some really neat technology their office utilizes. Dr. Rowland made me feel very comfortable and was also very kind. I had an excellent experience. I was even given a free toothbrush and toothpaste like I used to get from the dentist when I was a kid! No one gives away free stuff to show appreciation anymore."
