"Giving this one star because it seems like there's people there that don't know how to do there jobs and don't want to listen to the patient.i went in because I was having pain in my shoulder. I asked the two ladies that checked me in if I could have a note saying I could still drive a cmv vehicle and that I could lift 100 lbs I was told yes as long they don't fine anything wrong great so I got looked at and they told me it was probably a pinched nerve. The lady that does the paper work ( not the billing lady) I asked if I could get a note for my company she said no you have to go see a primary doctor. Why would I want a primary doctor in Alabama when I live in Colorado. I'm an over the road truck driver. So it was pretty much a waste of my time and money. But the two ladies that checked me in were great and the female nurse and guys nurse were awesome. But other than that if I would of known I would have never went."

"I would have left a lower star score if it was possible. I brought my husband to the ER because he was having chest pains. We have been sitting in the waiting room for almost 4 hours. They took him to triage very quickly, they did an EKG and drew blood then sent him back to the waiting room after almost 4 hours of waiting in the waiting room we still don't know anything. He has asked the person at the desk twice and has gotten no answers. He has been having chest pains and has not even been put on a heart monitor. This place is a joke! If you value your health DO NOT come here. I had a similar experience here in 2021. I was treated like a straight up junkie. I left and went to my cardiologist. Turns out the left side of my heart was 95% blocked. I had open heart surgery. We should have known better than to give this ER a second chance but my husband's cardiologist is at Princeton and he is great. This is the absolute worst ER I have ever seen in my life. It is not crowded at all. The nurses are coming to the waiting room dispensing meds, taking BP and treating patients. When did this become a practice? There was an elderly man who was being admitted to the hospital just sitting in a wheelchair in the waiting room until they admitted him. After almost 5 hours we still know nothing so we are leaving to go to a hospital where my husband can actually get treated. Denean McMillen"

"I visited the emergency room department as both my family members was transported due to a car accident. The representative at the registration window in the emergency room was so rude and unprofessional. I asked him if there was another restroom I can use as the restroom in the emergency room was occupied at the time-only 1 person can use restroom at a time. When I asked the representative, he pointed towards the front entrance and told me to ask the security guard. When I asked him for his name, he didn't want to give it to me and told me ,"I am not trying to get into yall mess " I am not sure why he made this statement at all. I had to asked him 3 times for his name and he then stated his name is OTIS. I asked an employee in the emergency room what is the guy name sitting at the registration window in the emergency room, she told me his name is KEVIN. Why did he give me a false name? He knew he didn't do right. Is this what Princeton hospital allowing their employees to do, withhold names. He needs to be ADMONISH and his body language showed me, he didn't want to be bothered while at work.He don't need to interact with patients family or anyone if he is not going have his name tag displayed and provide and provide exceptional customer service. I had to talk to Austin the RN supervisor about the horrible interaction with Kevin. Please remove him from the registration window. The last thing anyone needs to deal with is someone who don't want to help and not be truthful about giving a name while we are already dealing with stress while our love ones are being treated by the doctors."

"I was very weary when I was transferred to Princeton after suffering a TIA because I was totally unfamiliar with the facility. However this turned out to be one of the most pleasant hospital stays I have ever encountered. I cannot say enough about the entire staff from the kind, courteous and prompt staff to the caring and thorough doctors. I received excellent care from the moment I was admitted until I was discharged. I would be treated again at this facility without pause. Thank you Princeton Baptist."
