"I selected Dr booker as my PCP for a regular checkup. At the checkup we discussed doing routine labs and a referral to a derm. I was told she would put it a referral and someone would call me. After about a week I called and told them I never heard from anyone. He said he would look into it and call me back. A few days later I called again, and was told the same thing. I called the next day and was told the same thing. I called the next day, no one answered so I left a detailed message asking someone to please call me back. It’s been weeks and I’ve never heard from Dr Booker or anyone at her office. I was told we would go over the lab work, and I never heard about that either. Other than the terrible experience, the office is in severe need of cleaning. There is stuff literally everywhere. On every surface. Papers, instruments, computers, just piles and piles and piles of stuff. I’ve never been to an office that was so messy. There also appears to be no staff? Dr Booker herself came and retrieved me from my car, then she weighed me, took my height and vitals and preformed the checkup all herself. I will say she was very thorough with the checkup and any concerns I had but otherwise it was horrible!"

"Worse experience I have ever had with a doctor. I gave her 2 chances because she seemed nice but she was seriously understaffed to the point that she was doing it all herself. The air conditioner during my first visit was not working so it was super stuffy, then my second visit shecwas over 2 hours late. Never again."

"Do not go here if you're wanting anything but a normal checkup. The day of my appointment I was extremely happy, thinking I found a nice place since everyone was friendly. The doctor told me she would put in a referral, prescribe me some meds and that I could send her my labs to reevaluate another issue. Well, no call from supposed referred doctor and half the prescription wasnt put in. I sent in the labs but no call from doctor either. I realize its a small practice so I wasn't mad at these things, just wanted to talk to the doctor to get it squared away. I called, was told that they would talk to the doctor and I would get a call back later that day. I didn't get a call back. I called consistently for four weeks trying to get information, being told each time that they would call after lunch or later in the day. The final straw was I left a message, I get a call back saying 'What I'm going to do is before we get any patients today, I'm going to get her on the phone to talk.' There was no call. I would imagine if you've got a cold and need antibiotics this place is probably ok enough but if you need any kind of communication with youe doctor, just don't."

"Dr. Graddick and her staff are absolutely amazing! Such sweet, kind and caring people. I love that the patients time is all spent with the Doctor. It truly reminds me of how it used to be, which is a beautiful thing. Your not being seen by 2-3 different techs and then you only had 5 minutes with a doctor..... Dr. Graddick is on point with everything. She is soooooooo knowledgeable about everything. I"
