"This is the beat dental staff I've been a patient with in my entire life, by FAR. Victoria and Teri are SO calming and reassuring. I have serious anxiety and a history of dental work trauma, and they have been so, so sweet and patient with me. I'm beyond grateful. Not only that, but Dr. Morris is beyond skilled. Quick, effecient, extremely skilled at what she does. I recommend this team to everyone."

"Highly recommend! I had a great experience at first, staff was gentle and patient. However, I had a bad situation. They put in three temporary fillings, and told me if they got infected to call. All three got infected, ended up abcessing, and they refused to see me, told me to go to urgent care. I ended up on several rounds of antibiotics and then with cdiff. During that time (the cdiff time) I had an appt for a cleaning, which I missed. When I recovered, I called to reschedule, and had been dropped as a patient. The office manager ended up getting involved, and immediately fixed the situation and got me rescheduled."

"I was subject to gaslighting by this facility. There is a policy that outlines a three missed appointment "rule", which I will not delve into. However, I had previously missed two appointments due to health reasons before attempting to cancel my most recent appointment the day prior. Despite the fact that I could not reach anyone and that the facility could see on their call log that I had attempted to cancel, they informed me that the missed appointment still counted against me because of my history. Furthermore, they claimed that their system was down and they were unable to send me a text reminder and that they had failed to leave a voice message reminder for that appointment so that I could attempt to cancel even earlier. Consequently, I now only have the ability to schedule an appointment on the day of and only if there is a cancellation. While I understand that I missed appointments in the past, I do not believe that I, or anyone else, should be subjected to medical penalties for shortcomings on the part of the facility. I would recommend seeking services elsewhere due to the gaslighting that I experienced."

"I was waiting on My 13 year old daughter to get a fill in, unaware that they didn't use laughing gas past a certain age. I was in the waiting room unaware of what was going on in the back, I needed to use the bathroom and when I went in the back I seen my daughter crying in the chair afraid. THE fact that Noone came and got me to let me know she was upset was very unprofessional and lack of compassion. I finally calmed my daughter and was able to get it done. When the Dentist came in, she seemed rude. Didn't say more then 2 words to myself or my daughter the whole time. So my experience at this office is very disappointing and will not recommend."

"If you have trauma related to dentistry or are afraid of dentists - I cannot recommend this place more. When I called hesitantly last year to make an appointment I had not seen a dentist in 15 yrs due to trauma related to dentists. They informed me they were a staff of 7 and all women. My first appointment went smoothly and they were all amazing. Dr. Morris is just so comforting and sweet. They were so great and they fixed up my mouth and gave me positive feedback. I was actually excited to go into my dentist appointments for once! I have recommended this place to at least 10 people- including social workers and counselors because that's how much I believe in them. They are SUPER strict about having MORE than 24 hours for cancellation so they can schedule someone else in so be aware of that. But they're honestly the best. Thank you."
