Whether you prefer to fill out paperwork in advance or in the office, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.

"Please note that the current dentist bought out Dr. Miller! So ignore the one star review left regarding him. Very nice people who treated me well while I was there. The office was spotless. The dentist and her assistant were great! Be patient though as they are a little shorthanded, so expect a little wait time. 100% recommend!"
