"I'd give zero stars if I could Had a scheduled towing for 9am through USAA. Driver didn't call me until 10:49am, telling me that there were 3 calls ahead of me, and it would be about 90 minutes. Just (3:32pm) got off the phone with USAA, and the new estimated time (after multiple delays) is the driver "will get there when they get there," and there are 5 more calls ahead of me."
