"Personal Best. The staff at Consolidated are excellent, although they weren’t able to help me. For my situation, there was another hoop I had to jump through and I wasn’t able to. At first I thought they should’ve known of this extra procedure before we started. However, my particular title situation is one that most professionals don’t fully realize, all that’s involved until it crosses their desk.
