"Was able to find my correct size to exchange after about 10 minutes of searching around. Ended up wanting to browse for more clothes, I had a dress on at the time and figured it would be fine to just slide some silky pants on under my dress to see how they'd fit. While wearing the pants, a sales associate told me I couldn't try them on, only blazers and jackets. Told her I'd have to come and return them after trying them on at home if they didn't fit anyway. She said she would get into trouble with her manager if she didn't say something. Why not just put dressing rooms in the store if it's such a huge issue? Love their clothes over all but think it could be a much easier process for the costumers if dressing rooms were a thing at all locations."

"Every time I go in here there’s a problem. Super arrogant and unfriendly staff, every time I ask a simple question all I get is attitude back. Before purchasing my items no one informed me jewelry was final sale, how was I supposed to know? The young lady at the counter rudely told me “ um yeah no you can’t return that “ instead of informing me about the policy in a professional manner. She was super impolite, and I’m extremely disappointed in my trip there today."

"My only complaint is not being able to try-on clothing before you buy. The sizes run small, but being a frequent shopper here I know what to expect. They keep the clothing stocked and the store is nice and neat. I can always count on finding any outfit for whatever occasion."
