"The 2 women up front were complaining about some drama the whole time I was trying to find my products to the point I couldn't even concentrate. Also, not one asked if I needed help. I felt a little bad interrupting their conversation. I got the highlighting powder and later learned instead of getting 3 packs for $5 each I could have gotten a tub for the same price. It would have been nice for them to have told me that, especially when the worker was the one that confirmed I needed more powder. A professional would have known inherently but I am a newbie."

I asked a question last time I was in and literally the girl rolled her eyes before she answered me. When you're doing something to try and make yourself feel better about your appearance that's the last thing you need. They need to do better!"
