"I really liked my provider but decided to stop going to this practice for several reasons: 1. They told me multiple times if I ran out of my medication before my next appointment, all I had to do was call and ask for a refill. Well, I did that and had to leave a message because you can't actually speak to a nurse. I never heard back and that caused me to run out of my medication which could have had a dangerous or deadly impact to my health. 2. They billed one of my office visits incorrectly and sent me a bill for almost $200 that I didn't owe. I had to call the billing department and spent a lot of time trying to get this straightened out. The issue was it was billed under the provider's Tax ID number and not under the Tax ID number with correct suffix for ECM Health Group. I understand clerical errors can happen but this added stress is not good for my health condition."
