"Went to the Bedford, In. Location today and it was not good at all. The lady asked how I wanted my sons hair I showed her a picture of his hair with a clean cut and also told her exactly what we ask for every time. She said ok, she could do it. He came back to me with a disaster of a hair cut. It was almost unbelievable, I’m scared for how many people this young lady might mess up. Thankfully the other lady that tried to clean him up was nice and understanding. It literally looked like a 3 year old got ahold of the scissors. She did say the cut was on them, no manager was available to talk to. I think they realized just how bad it was. The young lady needs way more training. I have had zero training and I can blend better than this. Our son is beyond upset as any teenage boy would be. I would be happy to share pictures but only via private email to the company. If someone will reach out. I want to keep others from going through this."

"I took my husband in for his first haircut after having brain surgery. Haley did a wonderful job! She was so gentle and blended around the still healing scar. My hubby looks great and feels wonderful. So thankful to God for kind people who do their job well."

"Well, arrived at 10:30am at the Bedford location to get my grandson and my haircut. I asked an employee if I could hold my grandson while getting his hair cut the employee said fine. Before we got to the chair another employee said no saying it’s a safety concern I informed him that we had done it several times at this location and he said not with him. I informed him he was there and he responded by saying he didn’t see anything.First of all he was at the chair next to me and spoke to me while my grandson was on my lap and getting his haircut on one occasion. That’s fine if a rule exists but to me holding my grandson and preventing him from not moving around or try to get out of the chair would be much safer. I’m sure a lot of children younger are the same."
