"Just called them yesterday, never once did they tell me when I first started going there 5 years ago that after a year or so of not being seen that you are removed from their patient list, now being considered a new patient, and they aren't accepting new patients so I'm pretty well screwed... But I'm sure if you knew someone that worked there they would get you in before any new patient.......... Julie the front desk receptionist is very rude. However if you can get past the rudeness and make an appointment Dr hardesty I will give five stars too..."

"Our Family has been treated by Family Dental for over 20 years. They have continuously gone above and beyond to accommodate all of our dental needs. They have opened early, stayed late and shown up on normally closed days to work around my schedule. I recently had a root canal done, and not only did they coordinate with Bloomington Oral Surgeons to ensure a smooth procedure, but also worked over the weekend to make a temporary partial fitting so I would be able to continue working with no interruption.
