"Their dispatcher Tim is extremely rude and that was before I even said a word to him. He seemed very upset to actually do his job and first told my insurance agent that my vehicle was sent to my home, even though 2 minutes later he's saying he had it. Then he proceeded to say my registration was expired for 2 years. He is very incompetent and became more obnoxious each time he was proven wrong. All he did was call me and my insurance agent multiple rude names and even mocked us. Once he finally admitted to having the vehicle, all we needed was what the insurance needed to do to get it out of their lot. He then said that only person who could answer that was the owner and we would have to wait until he was in the next day. This was at 2pm in the middle of a week. So apparently from this guy's own words, any customer needing to get their vehicle would have to pay an extra day of lot fees before they can have access to their property. Don't know if this is how the entire company is ran or if this one individual is just a terrible person, but I wouldn't recommend a company that hires someone like that."
