"I called Thursday 4/18/19 to try schedule an appointment for 4/19/19. It was Good Friday, so they weren’t open. Then I tried to schedule an appointment for the following week. However, Andy, or whoever I spoke with was extremely rude about informing me they were closed Good Friday (I worked that day so wasn’t entirely sure which businesses closed) and wouldn’t schedule me. “I’ll call ya next week when I have an opening.” I called another place and had MUCH better customer service, but the service was a birthday gift so I was forced to choose the cheaper of the two which happened to be Andy’s. The second place told me to call Andy’s back and let them know (car details) and see if that changes price because Andy’s was $130 cheaper, and the second place said they were giving me the service as cheap as they could. I called Andy’s back and told him what I was told. “I’ve been doing this for such and such years, so I know what I’m ordering. There’s one windshield for your car, and it’s what I ordered,” he barked. I apologized and said he couldn’t blame me for asking, as I know nothing about these things and was only asking because the second place claimed differently. He was so rude that I decided to take my services to the second place and pay the difference. This morning 4/22/19 he called me and asked if I was ready to come in because he has an opening. I told him no because I was at work. He asked when then. I let him know I had an appointment elsewhere. “Oh my $130 cheaper just wasn’t cutting it? That’s an issue?” I told him it was more of the customer service. “WHATEVER!” and hung up on me. Thank you, Andy, or whoever I spoke with, for proving my point. Auto Glass Express is where I took my services, and they were SO much nicer!"
