"My appt was at 3:00. She took two girls at my appt time. I sat until 3:30 and asked how long I had to wait since I had already waited 30 minutes. She started working on my nails and did a horrible job. I think she was angry with me. She worked fast and did not have me wash my hands. Therefore I had dust particles in the polish. She did not put oil on my cuticles. I won’t go back with a temper like that."
