"They take on to many people at one time and don’t have enough people to staff the place and refuse to paint a 3 year olds nails when she picked out the color and sat waiting for an hour patiently."

"Literally the worst place ever. They have no care in the world for patrons. I have been here at least 6 times and they have just treated me worse and worse each time. (I only kept going because they are the only ones that have what I want...not going again. I would legit just rather not get my nails done ever) I'm nice and I tip at least 20% .None of that matters . They change pricing at a whim. I assume to make you leave. Today they wanted to charge me $25 extra for a design. It's never been more than $10. I asked why and the nail tech said I could go somewhere else if I'd like. Are you kidding me? That was the straw that broke the camel's back . So, correct. I can and did. I suggest not going here. Ever."

"I have only been to Skynails twice and both times I have had the same problem. I have spent over $180 here in the last two months in hopes of getting high quality nails with nice designs. I still have yet to receive this. the first time I went in I got acrylic nails with a simple heart design and rhinestones. the hearts were shaky and poorly done, the rhinestones fell off in less than 3 days, and my nails were crooked and uneven. my most recent set was done for halloween and I had gotten them done on Thursday, October 12, not even a week ago, and one of my nails have popped off with ease and the rest are loose. I believe this is because the man who did them did not use enough glue or blend the extension into my natural nail. the woman who finished my nails (the same one who did them the first time I went) did a poor job on the design despite how simple it was. on top of it, four of my nails are extremely crooked. I pointed this out to her while i was at the salon and she said, “that’s just the way your finger goes,” and she made no effort to fix it. extremely disappointed especially considering how much they charge for mediocre work."

"I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time with the female who's best at nail art. I had a very specific set I wanted and she did everything exactly as I asked. It's exactly two weeks since I've had this set done and I still have every nail! Worth the money! Will be back!"

"I actually had a great experience here i came in here before and asked for a design like this but they said they couldn’t i asked again and they did it and the photo that is of both nails is what i asked for and she did a very good job i think it looks the same i definitely recommend going"
