"HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE PLACE! HORRIBLE PEOPLE..... PERIODT! The lady gave up on doing my pedicure before my feet even hit the water. Telling me that she would not be able to make me happy because I wanted a design. They have NO mood color nail polish and they're very argumentative. I told the lady what I wanted exactly 4 times and she refused to touch my feet until I changed what i wanted to a more simplistic basic set for her. All this over doing a design that the website advertised that the ppl in the salon would be able to do but false advertising. This woman told me that she couldn't help me until I gave up on wanting a design all together an still tried to over charge for unsatisfactory work. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. #INDYNAILS"

"First of all they are offering 20% off any services for their grand opening! Secondly, Kevin greeted us with a warm welcome soft drinks of our choice and fresh hot Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Thirdly, Kim was very professional and gave her The best pedicure ever. The extra I see her with the massaging in hot towels. Ann, is very quick and professional and can do a French or your hands and feet just a gel polish change in 20 minutes. That was very impressing. The facility itself is gorgeous, top-of-the-line everything matches with marble floor tiles and the soft gray leather chairs! You MUST see for yourself!!!"
