"If you don’t want to have your vehicle for over a month this is the place to take it. Doug worked on my truck three separate times over the course of a month and never got it fixed. Had to have another shop fix what Doug couldn’t. Didn’t want to give me $1100 back even though my truck was in no better shape than when i took it in. Finally gave me a full refund after I went in 4 separate days asking for it, but not with out Doug having his friend there trying to get a rise out of me to take a video. Moral of the story avoid this shop, Doug is nothing but a parts thrower. Take your money elsewhere to get work done right the first time and in a timely manner"

"I have never heard anything good come from this shop. My boyfriend took his caar to this shop, being told only 5-7 hours of work would need done. Only expecting a week without the car, here we are a whole month and a half later. We've been told numerous times to come back next week, it should be done. When we go back, he's run into more complication, "come back monday", "should actually be done Thursday" , "I just ordered another part, should be here Friday, I'll have it done Monday or Tuesday". When confronted we were faced with rudeness, "if I were to charge you for all the work I've done, I've racked up a pretty big bill and I don't think you want to pay the whole thing". If there are other things wrong, I feel as if we should be asked if we want them fixed instead of him going about doing it without asking. Not a place I would ever recommend to anyone or take one of my cars to again."
