"*Pros: easy to schedule appointment and was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door *Cons: I showed my nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted (very simple design) and asked her to cut my nails and apply tips. She kept insisting my nails were long enough and only added 3 tips. I told her multiple times exactly what I wanted and she ended up giving me French tips. After telling her what I wanted several times and being ignored, I left with my French tips. I won’t be returning"

"I have been to so many nail salons in the past few months trying to find a good one Andi finally found it!!! I was referred here by someone, and a couple of other ones I had went to I was also referred to as well. So I was kind of hesitant going in. But oh my. I gotta say ...GIVE IT UP TO KEN, he is a nail tech here at LUXURY NAILS!!! HE IS BY FAR THE BEST NAIL TECH I HAVE BEEN TO IN A LONG TIME. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he got it spot on. I told him please ken I want my nails squared, not narrow squared, which when I say squared they all file each side of my nail and make it look so ugly. But he listened to me and he did everything I asked. He is amazing. You have no idea how freaking happy I am to find him!! I also took my 10 year old daughter and we both got mani and pedicures. They all did such a FANTASTIC JOB!!!! THIS IS MY NEW SPOT!!! IF YOU GO HERE TELL THEM I sent you!!! And I'm telling you you really won't regret it.. let KEN DO YOUR NAILS ... ILL ADD THE PICS SO YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF .."
