"Not very understanding of situations. Had to have a replacement engine installed under the warranty and was told there was a deductible. It was in before that with same issue. Did not have to pay a deductible then. Was told that because we just got the car that’s why they didn’t charge a deductible. Not very customer oriented and I will never shop there again. All they want is to make a profit and don’t care about their customers. I will never shop with them again. I’ve not had the car 6 months and I’ve had a problem with it since I bought it. I’m don’t with this. If I get another vehicle I will take the car back and tell them to keep it. Don’t ever buy from them!"
