"My husband and I avoid going here if at all possible but he needed it cut today before going back to work. We went in, gave the “stylist” exact measurements for all over and gave her pictures of his haircut from EVERY angle. We told her it gets scissor cut all over and NO clippers. At one point she had it perfect. Exactly how he wanted it cut. And before he could say anything she continued cutting it shorter and shorter. And then at the end she went in with clippers and buzzed the bottom of his hair and around his ears which he didn’t want. Feels like any time you come here you can tell them in specific detail what you want, and they continue to do what they want to it instead of listening. We’d rather make a 16 hour trip to our family member who is a real hair stylist than deal with this again."

"we really liked the girl that did my daughter's undercut...she was very nice and did a good job! I've taken my son and my husband here and the stylist that did their hair, wasn't so friendly but she did do a good job on their fades(reason for only 4⭐) it's always easy to get in and they have weekend hours which really works for us so that's always nice but can't say that we will become steady customers bc we have been looking into and trying other places trying to find the best fit for our family."
