"The nail service of this salon is extremely poor. Who wants their nails done at 6am? Or 8pm? Who calls to reschedule at midnight? Nails never look like what you pay them to look like. Awful experience with nails here. Hopefully they find some professionalism soon."
"Reception was very friendly. However, the stylist did a poor job. We had to wait an extra 20 minutes upon arrival just for the stylist to spend 10-15 minutes on my sister’s hair. My sister did not get the service she asked or paid for. Didn’t even get a hair wash. And when the “cut” was complete, the stylist joked about how she was “back on schedule”. We couldn’t help but feel like we were brushed past so the stylist could get to her next appointment. My sister almost left the shop in tears from disappointment. Definitely not going back."

"I go here to get my hair cut by Jennifer. She does a great job at a great price. My wife gets her hair done here too. Jennifer is pretty busy, so an appointment is definitely needed at least a week or two in advance, but I think that's pretty common."
