"If I could give 0 stars. We scheduled two appointments through the app. We arrived and we got a “can we help you?” And when we said we had appointments scheduled, they start talking amongst themselves about how they are over booked. Then one comes to the desk and says we are booked so you can come back at 3 if you want. It was two basic cuts maybe 10 minutes each. Really? No friendly greeting, no sincere apologies. We went somewhere else and was in and out in under 25 minutes."

"Don't enjoy leaving negative reviews but one girl butchered my son's haircut. She asked 2 other workers to help her (one of them was already working on my other son's hair) and one of them did most of the work herself. I understand if you're newer or whatever, but if you aren't comfortable doing a specific hairstyle or simply don't know how to, don't waste my time and money. I was embarrassed for my kid so I went to go to Great Clips to get it fixed."

"Unfortunately the girl who cut my hair butchered it. She used thinning shears and now it looks like I have a ton of breakage and damage that I did not have before. She told me she would use the shears on the mid to end of my hair. I have hairs cut all the way up to my eyebrows. It will take years for it to grow back out."
