"My hair is long and thick. I always just get a couple inch trim straight across, and twice a year, i get it thinned. No matter which stylist i get, they've always been nice and have taken care when it comes to combing and cutting my hair."

"On three different ocassions we got our hair done with the same hair stylist. We do not know her name but She is short with red hair. She treated my baby very poorly, now my baby is terrified to even come into the hair salon. Today I tried giving her a chance, and explained what I wanted to be done. She multiple times kept telling me "What?" "What?" I asked for a short trim and to thin out my hair. She did not even divided my hair and she just when in to cut it in one single layer. She said all done and I requested again for the hair to be thinned out. That's when she started pulling my hair as if she was in a big rush. I asked if she was angry or why was she hitting me with the comb and she just laughed. Even though I was planning on getting a haircut on my son and husband as well I decided to just pay and leave. When I came in there was a big group of people waiting for other hairdressers to be done because no one wanted their hair done with her. I guess that was a red flag I should have taken. I usually try not to judge in a single experience because everyone has bad days, however 3 different days just let me know that she is just rude. I left the place crying because I was treated very poorly even though we have never done anything to her. If she did not want to work with us I guess she could have said so instead of treating me that way. I just want to give a heads up to anyone coming in to try to avoid her but she clearly doesn't care."
