"I used this location for a spray on Rhino liner for my truck. I get a call the middle of the day asking me if I want them to buff out scratches, and I politely say no (more on this later). I go and pick up the vehicle, and notice that my tailgate was not sprayed. I asked why it was not done, and was told that plastic can not be sprayed over. Now I have a 3/4 finished truck bed that honestly looks very silly, and looks like the job wasn’t completed. I wish someone would have called me and asked if I still wanted it completed if they couldn’t do it all because I would have told them I didn’t…now I’m out $550 for a shotty job. Even more upset with the experience as the techs did not clean up after themselves very good. And they tried to sell me an add on service when they aren’t even able to complete the one I asked for properly. And even more confused as there is spray on liner on the plastic around my truck- which I was told that the liner didn’t stick to. Would never in a million years recommend this place to anyone. ----------------------- Update: After contacting support, they apologized but said they can't remedy the situation. So thanks Ziebart for providing me with a low quality product for what I purchased. Will never return to a Ziebart ever again- and ensure that no friends or family does either."
