Well if working me in is 15 minutes after I arrived is their standard then i would use them again anytime. They replaced pads and rotors and got me back on the road in just over an hour. Fair price for labor and parts. Bob took the time to chat with me about how he runs his company and he is a decent, professional shop owner. Steve at the front was very helpful. "The owner and the techs are great for the most part. But you gotta watch out for Bob Paul. He is about a snake in the grass if I’ve ever seen one and unprofessional as they come. He doesn’t inspect a technicians work before it goes out the door. I’ve seen him smoking in the building near open flammable liquids several times, effecting not only his safety, but those around him. Lazy and boorish is this dictator, he will run his technicians 24/7 with no break in between. Take my word for it, go somewhere else for your truck repair if you want to feel safe driving your diesel."
