"Have seen Taylor Automotive for years, but never paid much attention. USAA recommended business, so decided to try it out. Had a great experience with Taylor Automotive. Preformed an inspection of the vehicle and noted some items needed to be addressed. Discussed the findings with me and made a plan of what to address. Did it try to over sell services. Will definitely return to have other services and maintenance done in my Mini Cooper before going to dealership."

"I made an appointment to check my Acadia for brake pads and they did a 22 point inspection which I'm not sure I have ever had done on the car. Some things were pointed out to me to look out for in the future. I really appreciated the thorough inspection and the summary of everything they did for me to review. My car was fixed and I did some of the other recommendations and I am very happy with the work. I have peace of mind that the car will be fine all winter. It's a 14 year old car so, the 22 point inspection was very worthwhile."

I recently took my car to 2 other shops for a different issue - one made it difficult for me to decline their recommended work, charged me $200 for the inspection, requiring me to bring my husband to be able to drive off their lot, and the other offered an all-or-nothing package of work, charging a lot without instilling any confidence. What the 2 other shops described as "nothing they have ever seen before", Tyler Automotive said they had seen it before and had a plan that gave me comfort.
