He and his Mechanics, Mr. Red, Mr. Strainer & Mike Jr. are not only hard working, but very knowledgeable and dedicated to their customers. In 13 years of OTR driving, I have never encountered good and thorough mechanics ever, and I can say with authority being ive had my truck worked on all over this country. Mike is extremely loyal to his customers, and actually cares about getting his customer back out on the road as fast as possible. The diagnosis of my differential problem was accurately identified and handled. I can not say enough to express my gratitude to Mike and his guys. In addition, Mike and Kari made me feel welcomed and comfortable and always invited me for lunch. Hospitality was top notch. Thank you to you all!"

"I'm an owner operator, so when my 13 speed trans starting to go bad, I researched a shop I felt good about and limped my truck another 200 miles to make it to this shop. They rebuilt my trans. on the spot as well as putting in a new clutch, flywheel and oil cooler, as well as some u-joint. .I know I saved several thousand dollars as well as several days if down time. "I was in an accident 8/28/21, Michael Gibbs dba Major Mechanic located is a scammer. Major Mechanic made a written estimate for the insurance company which the adjuster and I agreed upon, paying the deductible and the full amount to Major Mechanic they took 4 weeks before starting work on it...stating their 2 mechanics quit (I see why now probably never paid them) Upon completion of the work Major Mechanic padded the estimate by $5256.00. Indiana Law states you are not allowed to go over a written estimate by more than 10% once you excepted the job. He did such poor work that the day I picked it up (pictures attached) Major Mechanic left pins out of the brake chamber clevis pins where I lost brakes while under a load...I had also gotten a Major air leak under the fifthwheel. Top this off (I have witness) he came to a Major Semi dealer and threatened me while having his hand on his sidearm...filed a TRO...1YR 2months goes by and Major Mechanic is using a Mechanic lien to obtain $2084.00 for padding his labor chargers on his legal estimate. LOOK NOT EVERYONE IS GOING TO LISTEN OR PAY ATTENTION NOT SURE HOW THIS MAJOR MECHANIC HOLDS A 4 STAR RATING WHEN IT HAS OVER HALF WITH 1 STAR. DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADE TREE MECHANICS AT BEST. IF THESE PICTURES DONT PERSUADE YOU THEN BE STUPID AND GO TO THIS COMPANY AND REGRET IT LATER. IF IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE A LOWER RATING THAN ONE IT WOULD BE A MINUS 10..."

"The worst mechanic ever no stars I had a problem with my voltage they said it was the alternator so They changed it they took about 5 hours they said only 2 hour.. one hour later my semi dies when I was driving please go to T.A or a Different mechanic shop they don’t know what they’re doing"
