"There was a bit of a scheduling mishap, but they were able to get me in on the day we originally discussed, even though it meant the owner working 12+ hours. Then once he called me and told me my car was done (at about 10:15 pm) my ride was no longer available. So he came to pick me up from my home and took me all the way back to the shop to pick up my car. I've not been able to check the quality of the work yet, but I am confident that it's excellent.
