"We only chose this “nail salon” because we were in the area and they had decent reviews! Well, let me tell you that I have never been so angry and shocked at how terrible the nails my friend and I got done. They’re suppose to almond shaped but every nail is a different shape, some nails look like they taking off towards the sky…think airplane going up on a runway! Absolutely horrible! I’m still in shock at how terrible these are and was actually scared at what I might say to them about these nails because they’re the absolute worst!!! I shouldn’t have paid but the effed up nails damage had been done and I really didn’t want to cause a scene! I’m so embarrassed that I’m not leaving my house again today until my next at 2pm at a legit nail salon to have these snapping turtle nails removed and replaced! I would just wear gloves if I had to go anywhere, that’s how terrible they are! Words cannot describe these monstrosities. Please see comments for some pix of these “nails”."

"No star this place is an unprofessional place they make they prices up as they go went here for a manicure and they gave me this. Charge me $40 to do nothing they don’t even deserve one star put we have to put it to do the reviews. You see they haven’t received no good reviews since 2014 must be new owners stay away."

"So I went in for a removal and an overlay.I specifically requested DO NOT CUT MY NATURAL NAIL. She starts and cut a huge amount of acrylic, and a huge amount of my natural nail. She then uses a nail tip to try and remove it, my prior nail tech is good at applying then so they were pretty on good. I pull my hand away and she’s tried pulling it back I suggested if she could soak, and she’s like that’s going to take 45 minutes, I had the time. She then said do you want me to continue with the worst attitude. I said no and walked out. I would understand if they were busy but it was literally just me. STAY AWAY FROM HERE."

"I recently moved to Greenwood and finding a new nail tech was hard. I tried multiple places, but I kept coming back to her. The price of her services are reasonable and just tell her what you want done and she'll get it done for you. Really sweet lady to talk to."
