"Excellent job doing my nails just like I wanted!"

"I should have known it would be a disaster when they only had about 10 jars of dip powder. My naturals nails were incredibly long, and I had asked them to be cut down. I OKd the length of my pinky nail, and they just got shorter and shorter with each nail she did. She did not have enough dip power for the color I chose (the jar was half full) so she kind of bullied me into doing an ombre look. It was a huge fail. I was there for two hours and I expressed how they were awful, and she very rudely said "IM NOT FINISHED!" After I had basically asked her to just take it all off. It was thick, uneven, and she had cut me several times. She ended up putting GEL polish over the dip to try and even it out. And the end result was garbage. I was so disappointed as I have just moved back to the area and this place used to be so awesome when I was in high school. She only charged me 25 for the mess, and i was happy to pay so I could laugh/cry all the way home. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years and I have never in my life left with THAT terrible of job done. Of she wasn't comfortable doing dip, I wish she just would have told me that, and I would have gone elsewhere, which is what I ended up doing to get them fixed anyways."

"I was impressed with the selection of nail polish available. The individual who did my nails (Ann I believe) was very thorough and very sweet. Although I had to had to fix my nails a bit afterwards and my nails were a bit of a mess or I would have given 5 stars."

"Long-time customer, going on about nine years. I always have a great experience here! I no longer live in the area but drive up from Carmel every few weeks to get my nails done. I get acrylics and recently switched over to gel polish at their suggestion. Always get the perfect length and shape I ask for, plenty of polishes to choose from, and they do a GREAT job on my eyebrows! I look forward to going every time."

"I usually don’t complain about things like this but there were no excuses when it came to how I was treated today. I walk in and all is well, they sit me down right away and I feel good. I knew I had waited a bit too long for a full on my acrylics (they were in pretty bad shape). As the lady begins to file, she’s constantly hitting my skin making it pretty painful to sit through. She filed down my nails and gave them shape but never asked what length I wanted. As she continued, the file came out again and she got my skin yet again. Before washing my hands, she didn’t wipe off any extra stuff off my hands making washing very difficult. As she was painting the nails afterward, she left the color thin and tacky. After pointing out some problems I had with the nails, she automatically became unwilling to help. I was the only customer in the store but she seemed more interested in being on her phone than helping her only customer. I will not be returning."
