"They don't even deserve a star. I dropped off my car a year ago and provided all the parts needed for the repair and nothing was ever done. They kept making excuses and changing the date of completion. At least I got my deposit back. I just learned the hard way that an overall good rating is not always a good indicator. The picture attached is from today after I picked up the car."

"I had my front bumper and Fender liner damaged. So I had a request to reinstall and then later based on team's observation replace that. Actual work was really good. I couldn't differentiate the paint for the bumper vs car so really great job done. Also i did not hear any noise or any issue after driving for a week. I really had a good experience and I was really happy with all the service till the end (5 stars) until I met the owner who was utterly rude just for asking discount. It was not a question about whether he can give discount or not. It was still an excellent work but he was very rude even though I made several attempts to calm down situation. Even though he did really good job. I would not recommend him for the service just because of not valuing customer and being rude for no reason. No way price quoted was less than others so their are better options around."

"F & B did and excellent job on my Nissan Altima. With the damage that was done I can not believe it was ever wrecked! It looks like a brand new car! The staff was also very helpful in keeping me informed! I definitely will recommend their service to anyone!!"

"My mother was in an accident that left her vehicle with repairs that 'totaled' her car from an insurance standpoint. She received an insurance check that covered the estimated costs of repair, but because the insurance company had totaled the car, the repair shop we had it at originally wouldn't repair it (only dealt with insurance). Because of this, we shopped around for smaller companies willing to work on her vehicle. We found F&B Collision and contacted them. Dax and Noah were polite, professional, and accommodating. Because the vehicle was still drivable, my mom kept it while F&B ordered the parts. In total, I believe the car was in the shop for about 3 weeks. We did get a couple of completion dates that were missed... I believe there was an issue with one of the ordered parts being damaged, some additional damage found, and possibly an issue with technician(s) being out unexpectedly(?). We understood since these seem to be normal items to deal with when doing repairs; and, since it is a smaller shop, it's not like they can have another resource to take over the repairs if someone is out. F&B even covered the cost of some additional items to keep within the estimate. Much appreciated! My mom picked up the car yesterday and it looks wonderful. She is very happy, so THANK YOU. I haven't checked under the hood yet, but I'm not expecting any issues. If we do run into any problems with the repairs, I have full faith that F&B will stand behind their work and make it right... But, again, I'm not expecting any issues. Thank you F&B for your professionalism and hard work. I'm glad we found you."
