Well update today I went in to get my impressions done and then come back if you are later to go ahead and get my bottoms taken care of I get all my impressions done getting ready to leave and they say oh well you're Cigna insurance we have applied to take it but we don't take it at this time so you're telling me for the last 4 weeks you couldn't have called to mention this? Your staff couldn't have caught this beforehand the lady who told me what the lady who did it four weeks ago so I'm not understanding why this is happening why they just found out as soon as I was getting ready to walk out I took a day off work my husband took a day off work so we're missing out on pay again very frustrated and livid with them right now."
