"After a gel french manicure, I had to return two days in a row to get two nails redone because the gel chipped off. On the second time, the lady (Lynn) was rude about fixing it and said, "That's what happens when you get gel." I have never had any problems like this with gel manicures anywhere else. Exactly a week out, and 4 nails are completely without the gel. It literally just peels and chips off! Clearly something went wrong with their product or process. There are plenty of other places to choose from, so I won't be going back!"

"First time using Nail Reflections and had a great experience! The glitter on my finger was very hard to work with and the younger guy I had did a very good job making them perfect! They did a great job with my young child! They had patience with her and even asked her what nail she wanted what color! They had a promo going on spend over $50 get an eyebrow wax. The lady did a wonderful job on my wax! The lady thanked us multiple times for giving their store a try. We felt very welcomed and appreciated!"

"This was one of my worst experiences getting my nails done. My daughter and I got our nails done. The color goes over my cuticles, and my nails are all bumpy from her checking to see if my nails were dry and clearly they weren't. They were standing over me with purses on their shoulders ready to leave. They are so sloppy. My daughters nails are all uneven and sloppy lines but better than mine. Another lady in there kept telling her nail tech that they were hurting them... at least I didn't get hurt. If you don't have the time to do my nails right I would have rather come back another time rather than being rushed with sloppy nails. Mine cost 45, my daughters 65. Not worth it. I would like a refund as I am going to have to go somewhere else to have this fixed."

"When people ask me where I get my nails done, I usually say, “Nail Reflections. They’re pretty expensive but they’re worth it.” Today it was definitely not worth it. I usually have Qui Pham who’s a pretty young kid but has huge attention to detail and seems very nice. I think he’s great! Today the more middle aged man worked on my nails and I’m so disappointed:( He was rude, kept hitting my finger with the drill(which hurt) and my nail polish was sooo streaky but after a couple tries he said to me “I give up” and put on my top coat. The fill was $35 and looked so streaky:( A full acrylic set costs $65. If you go here, try not to get the older guy"
