"I went to this dentist Dec 13, 2023 to get my tooth pulled. It took them over 30 minutes after my Scheduled appointment to get me back. I showed up 15 minutes before my Scheduled appointment time. I was double charged that day, and I'm like no I was already charged. The lady gaslighted me and said no it didn't go through. 3 Days later It came out of my bank so I called, and I was told that she couldn't see it on her end ( she didn't look). i called again on dec 20, 2023 a different receptionist found the charge and refunded me. 8 more days go by still no refund so i called and she said that it could take up to 30 DAYS!!! So I was like "why is it gonna take 30 days"? "You guys can take $138.40 out of my account twice and it's gonna take 30 days to get it back"! The lady was so rude, and said I was yelling at her. My insurance paid $109 on top of that too."
