"I get just a shampoo every week & a hc every 8 weeks.Yesterday, Dec.6, I arrived about 3:45 had online checkin. When there was just me waiting (green haired girl was doing another hc) the only other stylist, a long haired blond, started doing lots of other things, ignoring me. and then said to green hair "I'm going to clock out & will be back in a little bit". And there I sat waiting & waiting. Blondie just didn't want to do a shampoo. She was very rude! Green hair did a great job when she finally got done with the hc."
"Walked in on Veterans Day for free cut, didn't make an appointment so I waited more than 40 minutes--not a problem but then when it was my turn (after getting sat and cut) the other barber told her that I jumped ahead of someone else. She made no conversation and was not friendly. Zero stars for me, expand the Subway for seating--close it down."
