"My daughter and me both went in to get our hair cut, there were 3 ladies available we were seated with no problem. We both showed our stylist a picture of what we wanted. For my daughter there stylist cut her hair uneven and didn't even look at the picture.She obviously didn't do a great job as for me she didn't even bother to style it the way I wanted. They were trying to get done so fast to either go-to lunch or something. We were done in a few minutes. They need to get a refresh on how to cut hair.We definitely won't be back again I don't know their names off hand, but it was the Great Clips 55 S Rockville Rd"

"I asked for a haircut. I did not know they only use scissors. It’s not a full menu barbershop. I asked The person cutting my hair to cut my hair with the direction of my hair. She said “I’m going to cut all over” and began to cut the way I asked her not to. I stopped her and explained what I wanted. She allowed me to demonstrate with the clippers and the manager interrupts and yells at me for at least 20 seconds, repeating herself that I can’t cut my own hair in the shop. I explained that I didn’t want my hair shaved in the direction to the manager and that she told me she was doing it anyways. and the manager kicks me out. I had 1/3 of a shaved head walking out of the door."
