"I've been attending this spa for the last few months. So far, I haven't had a single bad experience as a spa patron. I absolutely love the Quiet Room and the women's lounge. I love that they have everything you need to take care of yourself, including mouthwash, hair ties, contact lens cases and solution, and all kinds of other helpful hygiene solutions, should you need something or forget to bring anything. They let you sit in the quiet room before and after your service for extra relaxation and comfort so you can enjoy yourself just a little bit longer! The service selections and providers are great, staff is welcoming and friendly."

"I visited the Woodhouse today for a sports massage and a deep cleanse facial. I started my day off by getting changed into a nice fluffy robe and having some relaxing time in the quiet room. The front desk person who checked me in walked me back to the dressing room, and also got my quiet area ready with some requested cinnamon tea and a warmed neck wrap, which I very much appreciated. Up first was my massage. My massage therapist was Ben. He was extremely gentle when moving me around and situating me for the various positions needed, but also very firm and strong during the massage to really get into my muscles and give me some relief from tightness I was feeling in various areas which was my main goal! He also reminded me of Morgan Freeman because he has a really soothing voice lol. He did a wonderful job on my massage and created a perfect balance between relaxing and corrective. Back to the quiet room after some water, and next up was my facial with Tabatha. She is an educator, and I could definitely tell. She has extensive skin care knowledge, and was really helpful to talk to about any skin concerns I brought up! She is normally at the Bottleworks location but was filling in at Zionsville, so it was my lucky day!! At the end of my facial, my skin was glowing and feeling much better! I also really enjoyed her conversation wise, and we bonded over talking about our sons who are around the same age and about our pets!! I went back to the quiet room after my facial for some added decompression and relaxation time before I got dressed and ready to head out! Laurie at the front desk helped check me out and was extremely friendly and helpful in asking about my experience and making sure that I was completely satisfied with my time at the Woodhouse! I can’t wait for my next visit and recommend anyone looking for a relaxing time to give them a visit!!"

"I was so excited to visit a day spa for the first time, I am currently a nursing student so anytime I have the time and money to treat myself I am very excited for it. I was a little disappointed by my experience, as I had been told by many friends that it is amazing, but felt some things fell short on my afternoon at the spa. I got a mani/pedi (no clinical for 4 weeks means I can have polish- YAY!). My nail tech so amazingly personable and kind, which I adored about my experience. I felt that my wh luxury pedicure was not worth what I was hoping to receive, I believe that I would have experienced just as good if not better pedicure at a nail- specific spa salon. As for my nails, they are chipping and it has been 2 days. My technician told me that my shellac polish (I was unaware of a gel polish option and it was not offered to me) would last 14 days. I called the spa to see if I would be able to get in to have my nails fixed, and was told I would have to pay for another service (buff and polish) that would be an additional $20. As a student, I absolutely cannot justify spending $165 on my nails, so I am very disappointed with that. If you’re looking to get just a mani/pedi, i would absolutely recommend going to somewhere that specializes in just mani/pedis. If you’re looking to have quiet and pay for an experience (just a quiet not busy place to have your nails done) then I would recommend this spa. I was very excited to recommend this spa to friends and family, and even bring myself and my sisters and mom to celebrate my mom’s birthday in August, but I cannot personally support a business that feels like they are nickel and diming their patrons."

"I expected a lil more relaxation than I received. I enjoyed the massage and the facial. I was not happy with the rush job I received with the pedicure. I looked forward to the quiet room between sessions. I did express that to the young lady at the from desk. I will try again next month. I will probably bring my daughter next time."
