"Used to go here over a year ago, left to try a different place after several Poor manicures. Thought maybe I would give their new facility a try. The new facility is clean, but Front desk gentlemen/manager not friendly and rude when asking about price. This place will charge you to takeoff current polish even if you get the same style again. I have not heard of a place in the area that does this. I will not be back."

"This place used to be my go-to spot in Indy, but over the years they have steadily declined. My pedicure was rushed (even though I made an appointment), the nail tech only painted one coat, and despite sitting under the nail fan for over 30 minutes, several toenails dried with bubbles in them. Don't think I'll be coming back anymore."

"I’m upset that I paid for this manicure. The nail tech was nice, but she made my nails entirely too thick. She put three coats of gel on top of my dip powder. I told her I hadn’t gotten my nails done in over a year and now I’ll have to pay someone else to fix this. On top of the residue left around my nail beds."

"This place is very rude. The staff is not the nicest. They didn’t do my nails correctly. The sizes of the nails were both different on each hand. Also the colors is chipping off after a day. Other places dont do this."

"Environment- I arrived early in the morning, and was seated quickly. The atmosphere did appear pretty clean. Nail Tech- The nail tech's demeanor was all around confused. She was unsure of how to get my nails I arrived with off (dip), and filed the polish off to my nail, needed help getting my new dip color, and assumed I wanted tips put on without asking. Nail tech did not attempt to have a conversation at all. Pricing- Their website states "Dip Powder $35 & Up," I paid over $45, for an unknown reason??? If I were to get tips (typically costs around $5 full set) I would expect $45, but I didn't get tips. What's the additional $10 for, a "polish removal?" Nail Wear- Polish color was a bit off of the sample color. I went in on a Wednesday, and by that Saturday morning noticed a large crack on my right hand thumb nail. See photos attached. Overall Experience- I wouldn't recommend, I've have better work, that is durable and lasts longer for dip at a better price point before."
