"I was a walk-in client and was fine waiting in the lobby. For fear I would leave, he went ahead and started my pedi bowl and sat me. While the water was fine at first, after a half hour of waiting, the water became cold. As he started my pedicure, he used the drimmel on my heels, and it burnt! He started painting with the gel, and it was so clumpy and wasn't going on smooth, so he got out his drimmel to try to smooth it out. When I got home 2 hours later, I took a closer look at my toes, and my polish was all over my toes, so sloppy. My nails are so short and crooked that I will not be able to even them out until they grow a little bit. This was the worst pedicure ever. The man doing my nails was bragging about customers he had kicked out in the past and calling his coworker crazy as she was walking away. What a messed up experience. Don't waste your money."
