"This has been my go to salon for the last couple of years, however my most recent experience was disappointing. I booked my appointment to have a candle deluxe pedicure however the technician assigned to me verbalized she had a 3pm appointment as I was sitting down. I was given an extremely basic pedicure which felt very rushed, even though I had booked a different service. I saw a few other technicians in the salon that were not busy at the time of my appointment so I did not understand why my tech would complete my pedicure if they had an appointment in 30 minutes. When my services were finished, I paid for my total with my card through my Apple Pay, which was grand total of 102.50 for a gel manicure & gel pedicure. I got a notification stating that my total had been updated to 112.50, which does not make any sense to me. I tipped in cash so it is unclear as to why my total would increase $10 when my services were paid. After this experience, I sadly do not know if I will return."

"I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. The staff here is skilled and attentive, and they did an excellent job with my nails. The salon is clean and has a relaxing ambiance, which added to the overall experience. I appreciate their commitment to hygiene and safety, especially in today's world. "Polish is toxic and turns different colors when used with design art. Tried to get problem fixed but manager refused to even check his polish for problems. Do not trust this place. Rude manager and doesn’t care about reviews. Said he has plenty of business no matter how bad reviews are. Glad most businesses aren’t like this place. Gives nail salons a bad name. These were beautiful when we left shop after getting them done but as you can see in pics the design work blended and changed colors within 24 hours. From their reply: "We are always willing to fix and refund any issues you have". I asked for a partial refund (so that she could have them fixed somewhere else because she was from out of town and would not be back for several months) and you refused."
