"I went to get my hair permed and she got it on my hoodie that was expensive and a gift. It now has lightened orange spots on it that won’t come out. She was very insistent on reimbursing and sending me money and told me to let her know. I was hesitant because I didn’t want to make it a huge deal, but I texted her a couple of days later about it once I figured out how much it was and she never responded. I texted her weeks later and asked her to tell me if she was still interested in doing this, she never responded. I’m very bummed out about all of it. My hair also looks the exact same. I thought I’d need to style it, but there is no wave or curl. I don’t recommend this place and would appreciate some sort of refund or replacement for the hoodie that was ruined."

"Lex is my girl. She always saves my hair. The salon staff is also very kind and professional. It’s very easy to schedule an appointment. And the salon itself is very beautiful. I highly recommend this place."

"I don’t do much with my hair, I just need a simple trim. On their website listing, Heidi seemed to be a good fit for me. Booking the appointment online was seamless. After first walking into the salon I was greeted pleasantly, told to wait in the area and fill out a paper. The paper had my head tenderness level, if I prefer a talkative experience, and all sorts of preferences. I thought that was a great start- I’ve never experienced that anywhere else & am assuming they do that with all first timers. The salon was clean and smelled great. Heidi was super gentle, laid back, had gentle suggestions for my hair care routine and was all around super pleasant. I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing and it showed during the “unveiling”. I moved to Broad Ripple a year or so ago and struggled to find the right salon at first. Ya know when you go to a salon for the first time and you know before you leave that you’ll never come back? - I had two experiences like that before my first time at Salon 6, so you can imagine how happy I was after my first experience. Today was my second time back and I scheduled my 3rd in the coming months with Heidi. I can’t speak on her coloring experience++ but for someone who wants a simple haircut & a lowkey, non-emotionally draining appointment I definitely suggest Heidi."

"Holly did amazing getting me to the white/platinum color I wanted! I was really happy with how well she worked to keep my hair healthy. I’ve been to a lot of salons and I never had a hair stylist take the time to trim the split ends from the damaged hair at my neck!"
