"Unfortunately, I don't have much positive to say. Nikki the hygienist was professional and seemed to do a decent job. Other than that my experience was dreadful. They didn't ask for my insurance until after I was in the chair. Turns out they are not in network with my insurance provider. Then I had X-Rays and a "Deep Cleaning" Even though the hygienist said it was pretty close to a standard cleaning. Once done I was charged an exorbitant amount in my opinion. I asked the person taking my payment why it was expensive, because my insurance should cover certain procedures. Her response was "IT WAS A DEEP CLEANING". In a rude tone of voice. Even after questioning her she never mentioned I was out of network. Steer clear. Michiana smiles, Tulip tree, heck even a family member with no dental background would provide a much better experience. Edit...I understand that knowing if I am in or not in network is not your responsibility, but when I have my insurance benefits pulled up while questioning your billing department about coverage, they could have politely explained that I was not in network. Furthermore, thank you for providing a bare minimum courtesy to the customers by filing insurance claims. I'm certain it has nothing to do with ensuring you have a regular income that keeps the doors open."

"I hadn't been to the doctor in 15 years. I had anxiety through the roof when I called to make the appointment and walking in. I walked in and they had me back within 2 minutes ( I also did the pre-eval questions the day before on my phone). I was greeted by extremely nice staff in the waiting room and my hygienist was absolutely amazing and sweet. She was reassuring and comforting. Thank goodness my teeth weren't as bad as I thought, but there was no judgement, and they understood the reasons behind all the things I was doing wrong. They did a pre evaluation on my teeth and then went over the options so I didn't get stuck with an amount I couldn't afford. I absolutely recommend this office. The best dentist I've ever been to."

However, from the moment we walked in the door all the staff at Springer Dental were so friendly and caring. I was HIGHLY impressed with how the doctor and his assistant both spoke to my son, at his level and explained things to him. They comforted him and made the process go smoothly and comforted all my anxieties. I am so glad we have Springer dental a try and will absolutely be back. Thank you for caring for my son!"
