Reviews
"Great place to get the car washed. They offer monthly passes just like Crew. Vacuum out the floor of your car for free after the wash. That has definitely been a big plus with our new truck. All in all a good experience with Key."
"Dog wash review here. Terrible. Customer service sucks too. I have gone several times and soaps will be completely out. Once I went, and the shampoo was out, so I took my wet dog into the other shower. That one was of course out of conditioner. So I paid for nothing. I emailed the business as a heads up and never heard anything back. Ok whatever. So the next time I give it a try, it was at 6:40 and they close at 7:00. I pull up to get my pup a quick dog wash, and the stalls were completely closed and lights off and doors locked. So I pull up to the main entrance and see they are definitely open. Employee comes out to me and I ask if the dog wash was open and he said unfortunately they’re not open right now. And I asked why, and he said he didn’t know. But to not worry because they will for sure be open tomorrow. Seemed to me they wanted to close early and not have to clean up on a Friday evening. So I instead went to tractor supply and they are SOOO much better! FYI!"
"Great to have a high end car wash. Gets my car clean but still misses some spots. Free vacuum is great too."
"The vacuum stations are great, and do a nice job picking up most unwanted sand, dirt, pepples, etc... the car wash does great except bug splatters. It does get a lot of it off, but I still have a bunch of them remaining."
"Car scratched…Afraid to go back! Both my husband and I have been multiple times in different vehicles with zero issues since they opened and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I recently bought a monthly package for my new ride. Went through on 6/21/23, drove down the street, parked at a local business, walked around to the rear passenger side to grab something out of the car and saw multiple scratches around the wheel well. I’ve heard car washes can do this but I hadn’t yet experienced it myself. I Immediately called to let them know; left a message and no calls back. Interestingly enough, I was out to dinner with friends 2 days after this happened. Somehow this topic came up in conversation, and they had also been through the car wash earlier in the week and noticed that they had multiple scratches on their vehicles in the same area (one of their cars is the exact same vehicle that I drive and the scratched area/depth is very similar). You can even see a clear brush bristle pattern on one of the vehicles. Today I noticed that the car wash is down for repair so I’m hoping that this issue is being addressed, but I’m really hesitant to take my car through it again. *updated 7/3/23: went back. Seems like whatever maintenance was performed helped the situation. No new scratches (there are 10 from the incident described above). Their vacuums are really nice. Added 2 stars to original review but wish they would have reached out to acknowledge the damage."
