"Today, I visited Avon and decided to get a haircut at this particular location for the first time. As I entered, I noticed the comfortable seating arrangement and initially thought the place was empty, except for a gentleman who was getting his haircut. I was impressed by the pleasant ambiance and expected to receive good customer service as a new customer. However, when I informed the hairstylist about my intention, she mentioned that the earliest available slot for me was at 2 PM. I believe she could have accommodated me for a quick trim on the sides, considering the lack of other customers in the salon. It was surprising to see such a quiet atmosphere, with only one customer about to leave. If this location is experiencing revenue issues it’s because the gal there today 02/10/2023 12:15pm is turning away potential customers in this manner."

"Heidi did a fantastic job with my hair! I asked her to give me chunky peek-a-boo blonde highlights in my bangs and dye my hair all black (she also cut off all my dead ends, about 4 inches and re-cut my long layers). The way she placed the highlights, I am able to style my hair in so many ways showing off the blonde. I have received so many compliments and I will definitely be going back for my future touch ups. Just a heads up, if you are wanting a dye or highlights, I would make an appointment as these things take time to complete. Don't expect to be in and out with a request like mine."
