Your mouth will feel better after visiting them, they are patient,explain everything, and then say “did you have any other questions?”. I've lived in Westfield for over 20 years, and picked them because they were close to my house, what a lucky coincidence!! With today being my first visit here, what an amazing job they did! I came to my car and the first thing I did was text my wife to tell her how happy I was to find a REAL dentist. I regret not going to see them sooner, they are amazing! Do yourself a favor and just go make the appointment. You are treated like a human at this practice, not like a money printing machine and are absolutely attentive to the needs of the job they need to do. Your mouth will feel worse after visiting them, they rush, don’t clean properly, and then say “everything looks good, keep it up”. I moved back to Westfield and picked them because they were closest to my house, what a horrible mistake!! With today being my SECOND cleaning here, what a nasty job they did! I came to my car and the first thing I did was call my previous dentist and schedule a cleaning for my wife and I from a REAL dentist. I regret giving them a second chance, they do not deserve it! Do yourself a favor and just go to Krause Dental a mile down the road. You are not even treated like a human at this practice, they treat you like a money printing machine and are purposely blind to the horrible job they do.
